  • Meaningful Leadership

"We train managers in a leadership that is meaningful, human and engaging."

Maximizing meaning in an organization cannot be done through symbolic or one-off actions. It is an in-depth effort that involves working on both managerial and organizational culture : embodied values, collective practices, forms of recognition, cooperation frameworks....). It also includes training and skill development for leadership, as it is leaders who give meaning to decisions, translate the vision into action, and nurture the engagement of their teams.

  • Our vision

At Meaning at Work, we are convinced that management training is only valuable if it is fully aligned with the culture the organization aims to embody. That's why we offer a comprehensive training program, starting with the creation of a managerial reference document linked to the strategic and cultural priorities of the organization, followed by the implementation of a tailor-made traning journey, in line with the reality on the ground.

Our trainings aim to strengthen in managers the key skills for humanistic leadership, capable of engaging teams sustainably and giving meaning to daily actions, fostering accountability and cooperation.
