    Yohann Marcet

    Fondateur & CEO

    An entrepreneur with a passion for psychology and philosophy, Yohann trained in logotherapy and existential psychology at the French School of Existential Analysis and Logotherapy.

    For several years he has been a coach and therapist specialised in supporting individuals seeking personal and professional meaning in their lives.

    A lecturer at Sciences Po where he teaches the course "Management and leadership through meaning", he is also the creator of the podcast "En quête de sens" (In Search of Meaning) and regularly consults for companies about the meaning of work and employee engagement.

    Gladys Vovard
    Senior Consultant

    Driven by her own search for meaning at work, Gladys began her studies as an agricultural engineer specializing in the environment.

    After more than 15 years working for major groups, she decided to move into human resources consulting, with the aim of helping more organizations place meaning and positive impact at the heart of their strategy.

    Today, Gladys capitalizes on her expertise in project management and auditing to lead high-impact missions in the environmental, social and human development fields.

    Etienne Desmet

    Senior Advisor

    A specialist in leadership, organizational management and human resources management, Étienne has held general management responsibilities for more than 30 years in the areas of local authorities, higher education, consulting and coaching.

    Etienne earned an Executive PhD from Paris-Dauphine PSL University. He also holds an MBA from Columbia Business School as well as a Master in Management (Grande école degree) from ESCP Business School.

    He leads seminars on management and leadership. He is psychoanalyst and logotherapist in private practice

    Ruben Chaumont

    Consultant RH

    Ruben is an HR Consultant and in 2010 was part of the team charged with resolving the malaise at work crisis at France-Telecom Orange.

    For the past 15 years, he has coached and supported the leaders of some 50 organisations in France and the Philippines in the implementation of managerial cultures base on the empowerment philosophy.

    Ruben teaches the "Management & Leadership" course for the Marketing and Society Master’s program atSciences Po Paris.

    Carolineis an expert consultant in ESG and CSR strategy, specializing in guiding managers through the social and environmental transition of their companies. She brings a rich and diverse background, gained through experience in both
    major corporations and social entrepreneurship. Previously, she worked at MySezame, a consulting firm focused on sustainable transformation and
    mission-driven organizations. In this role, she supported executive teams in integrating environmental, social, and HR considerations into their core strategy—helping embed responsibility at the heart of the corporate mission and fostering a work environment where every employee can find meaning in their role.

    Dorothée Hever

    Avocate

    Dorothée is a lawyer and member of the Paris Bar, with a strong passion for internal investigations. To this end, she initiated and led a working group that published the first Report on the Rights of the Defense in Internal Investigations in 2020. This work had important legal repercussions, including the tabling of a bill before the French National Assembly.

    Prior to this, Dorothée worked for 10 years in major law firms, before setting up her own practice in 2023. Today, she handles investigations on behalf of companies, local authorities and private individuals, whether they are defendants, victims or whistle-blowers.

    He is the author of numerous works on the subject and regularly works with companies and coaches individuals.

    He is the course director of the professional master's programme "Career Advice Psychology & Counseling" at the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers (Cnam), and editor-in-chief of the international publication "Psychologie du Travail et des Organisations”.
