PUT MEANING AT HEART
OF YOUR WORK
Why Meaning at Work ?
Recent years have seen structural changes when it comes to employees' relationship to work : new expectations post-Covid, disengagement, remote work, AI, generational differences, an increase in psychosocial risks, reconfiguration in managers' roles, and more.
In that context, taking into account the meaning of work and transforming organizational and managerial cultures to meet these new expectations have become key factors in collective and individual human performance.
While the question of meaning in the workplace has only recently become centerstage in public discourse, psychologists, sociologists and specialized researchers have been studying the question for several decades now.
This is the science that Meaning at Work is now making available to all organizations that want to make meaning a key element of their transformation.

How the project started

To face the growing loss of meaning happening in the workplace, Yohann Marcet, an entrepreneur passionate about psychology and philosophy, decided to put together a team of researchers and expert consultants on the topic of meaning at work.
Yohann launched Meaning at Work in 2023 to reconcile the best of academic research and the production of practical leadership methodologies for cultural transformation.
Since its launch, Meaning at Work has helped over a dozen companies and hundreds of managers and leaders to better take into account the question of meaning at work for their teams.
Yohann is also a professor at Sciences-Po where he teaches Meaningful Leadership and the host of the podcast "In Search Of Meaning".
